Enrolments for our services are handled on a separate platform with its own privacy policy. We do not collect children's data through this website.
3. Who we share it with
We use processors that handle data only on our behalf and on our instructions: our hosting provider, our email provider and, if you allow it, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics). Google Analytics may involve transfers to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
YouTube videos are only loaded, in privacy-enhanced mode, when you press play.
4. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, object to its processing and withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Just write to olharpoente@olharpoente.pt.
You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
5. Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the management area with strong authentication, and regular backups.
