On 24 September, young people from the 3EAZ project took part in a workshop on managing anxiety before interviews at the Terceira Island Youth and Arts Academy. The session was led by Sofia Neves Lima, a GP, cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and project mentor.

Through practical exercises, breathing techniques, shared experiences and mock interviews, the participants picked up tools to build their confidence, keep their nerves under control and prepare better for the challenges of the job market.
