Behind every one of our children's smiles is a dedicated team of educators, assistants, specialists, activity leaders and support staff. In 2024 we invested more than 3,300 hours in their training, and 85% of staff said they were satisfied with their wellbeing at work.
The Healthy Workplace award from the Portuguese Psychologists' Association recognises that commitment: caring for the carers.
